NERO Vision Statement NERO will operate, directly or by License, Live Action Fantasy Role-Playing
games that allow for the unrestricted transfer of players, characters, their
characters’ experience and game possessions between all games. NERO will create and operate one unified game world, the world of Tyrra, with a unified campaign setting, cosmology, and structure to provide basic consistency and integrity, where every player can immerse themselves in the total NERO game experience NERO will create and enforce a strict sportsmanship and discipline policy to insure that players disruptive to the customer base will be discovered and removed from NERO. NERO will create and enforce policies that remove games, license holders, volunteer staff, or any member that purposefully misrepresents NERO®, repeatedly acts in an unprofessional or undisciplined manner, or cheats. NERO will strive to work with its licensed game operators
to further develop standard 'Operating Procedures’ and ‘Business Policies’
manuals. NERO will work with its licensed game operators in developing a secondary, restricted, non-Tyrran campaign, provided they are operated in a professional and disciplined manner. NERO will encourage its licensed game operators to write entertaining, in-depth, and creative storylines, utilizing the staff and tools provided by the NERO International office whenever necessary. NERO will encourage its members to develop their characters through role-play and game generated scenarios, and will support all skills developed through earned experience.
