NERO LARP LEGAL

Joseph Valenti, assisted by legal counsel, has consistently protected the NERO LARP Intellectual property including the NERO Game system and the In Game Tyrran Game World, from those who would try to use it without permission.

From 1998 to 2007, Joseph Valenti closed more than twelve (12) 'fake' NERO LARP Chapters 'nero alliance' chapters, that Michael Ventrella licensed to others without authorization, using the American judicial system. Additionally, Joseph has repeatedly had unauthorized websites that misrepresent NERO LARP removed from servers.

In 2006, Michael Ventrella, trying to steal NERO LARP from Joseph Valenti, initiated a frivolous lawsuit in the federal courts of Pennsylvania, and vowed not to stop until Joseph Valenti noi longer owned NERO LARP. Joseph Valenti and his legal counsel defeated Michael Ventrella, and the nero alliance was forced to change its name and stop using the NERO LARP name and intellectual property.
